In 2001 Angelina took a Job Installing Residential HVAC Systems. She quickly became the crew leader and in 2002 Robert came on board. In 2003 Robert ventured into the commercial space while attending North Ga Technical school at night. Angie went on installing systems for a total of 10 years. Robert went on to Service and repair Commercial and Industrial equipment. He spent time in various roles as an automation technician, mechanical technician and field supervisor. Together they now own and operate A.R. White Company.

In 2019 Robert quit working in Atlanta for others and they went full time with the company. A year after going full time Chris came on board and has been here since. Angie and Robert have four children. Two of which plan to become a part of the Company as soon as they’re able.
